The following Booking Policy applies to all reservations made with Ovee Beach Resort. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only after full or partial advance payment as specified during the booking process. Unpaid bookings may be automatically released.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may include additional charges.

Guest Identification

A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in. This includes all adults staying in the room.

Children & Extra Guest Policy

• Children are welcome. Age-based charges or complimentary stays may apply depending on resort policy.
• Additional guests beyond the room’s limit will incur extra charges as per the resort’s tariff.

Payment Terms

• Payments are accepted through secure online gateways or approved offline methods.
• Additional services, meals, or activities may be billed separately.

Room Allocation

While we do our best to accommodate special requests (view preference, bed type, etc.), room allocation is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Pets

Pets are allowed/not allowed at the resort. (Please update according to your policy.)

Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Alcohol consumption must comply with local laws and is not permitted in restricted zones.

Use of Amenities

Guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines when using amenities including the swimming pool, spa services, beach activities, and adventure experiences.

Liability

• Ovee Beach Resort is not responsible for loss of valuables or unattended items.
• The resort is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from guest negligence.
• The resort is not liable for disruptions caused by weather, natural events, or external circumstances.

Modification of Booking Policy

Ovee Beach Resort reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
