The following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made directly with Ovee Beach Resort through our website, phone, or authorized channels. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation by Guest

• 72 hours before check-in: Eligible for a full refund.
• 48 hours before check-in: Eligible for a 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before check-in: No refund will be provided.
• No-show: The entire booking amount is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Ovee Beach Resort

If the resort must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, maintenance issues, or government restrictions, guests will receive either:

• A full refund, or
• A complimentary date rescheduling option (subject to availability)

Early Check-Out

If a guest chooses to check out earlier than the scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Special offers, discounted reservations, or promotional bookings may be marked as non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Modifying Your Booking

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, depending on the season or room type.
